For bundling to work seamlessly, it has to be enabled by the Seller for each product separately. If you as a Buyer paid twice for the delivery within 1h period, it’s likely that bundling wasn’t enabled for all items. There are two different scenarios on how this can be resolved:
If items haven't been shipped yet:
- Seller cancels the second order and reuploads the item with "Pick up from Seller" delivery option.
- Repurchase the second item with the refunded funds in your Yaga wallet
- Seller can ship the items together in one parcel
If items have already been shipped:
In this case the second delivery fee will be released to the Seller once you've completed the order, hence please let us know once you've received the items--> we will complete the orders ourselves and reimburse you for the unused delivery fee.
